Low Ebb

Stop Wall Street Bailouts

To say we are facing the most difficult economic times in our generation is an understatement. The news is filled with stories of average, hardworking Americans losing everything while Wall Street executives take hundreds of millions of dollars in bailout money in bonuses.

Something is really messed up here.

But with all this as a backdrop I can’t help but be optimistic about the future. These times have forced me to focus on what’s really important and not let the circumstances, however dire, get the best of me. I will be better for the experience and this country will, in the end, too.

So I think we are at our collective low ebb right now. While we might scrape the bottom for a while, I don’t think things will get any worse. And that means it’s all up from here.
