I’m getting back to where I was last week, as I expected. No more Chineese food for a while for me. Still exercising everyday for at least 30 minutes and watching what I eat. This is a marathon, not a sprint, after all.
I noticed Jason Coleman posting about how often to weigh-in and mentioning a graphing tool he was using. Sounds good but I’m going to keep the Monday, Wednesday, Friday weigh-in regime and automatic tracking via FatTrackr.
