Current Weight: 206

Well, I gave back a couple pounds this weekend but I know exactly what happened. When I weighed myself yesterday morning the scale said 204 which was what I excepted. Over the course of the day I avoided eating the wrong things or too much until dinner when a full course Cantonese feast was consumed. Big mistake. Good thing the sugared, MSG-laden fare was tasty but I’m paying the price weight-wise today.

Back on the program today with a 3 mile walk around the neighborhood already out of the way. I’m hoping to be back on track by the next weigh in on Wednesday.
