I’m both surprised and pleased to start the week a pound lighter due to a somewhat larger dinner than normal last night. I was good replacing the potatoes with asparagus, eating ahi tuna in place of steak and not eating bread or dessert but I thought I would probably start the week at the same weight… but no, I’m getting less fat and feeling better everyday.
Today I plan on an extended walk outside as the weather is heating up; my normal 3.5 mile loop around the neighborhood. I’ll also fix my home gym tonight so I can start some toning, etc. More of the same food wise…
