My second week begins with a bit more progress to make the total 3.5 pounds since last Monday. I’m not expecting this to repeat itself this week so my goal is to lose another pound or so. Walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes this morning and, since it’s such a nice day outside, I’ll probably get another walk in over lunchtime.

I’ll be checking out the Technorati feed to see how the other fatbloggers are doing…
