Made it OK to day 2 without any problems except being super hungry in the afternoon. Didn’t get any exercise in yesterday but did walk for 40 minutes this morning on the treadmill. Even caught up with a couple podcasts, which will likely be the default behavior. Didn’t lose any weight but it’s only been a day… will most likely only weigh-in Monday’s and Friday’s so I’m not discouraged.

I need to get some diet food to stay on course which I plan on doing shortly…
