			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="left">Interesting <a href="http://scobleizer.com/2007/10/21/reverse-engineering-techmeme/" title="Robert's posts and videos" target="_blank">post over on Scobleizer</a> about gaming <a href="http://www.techmeme.com/" title="TechMeme" target="_blank">TechMeme</a>. Since I&#8217;m not on the &#8220;fabric&#8221; of TechMeme (Robert&#8217;s term in his videos), I can&#8217;t get on the radar no matter how insightful the commentary here unless I get a bunch of other bloggers talking about the same thing (that seems contradictory to ethos of blogging from my perspective).</p>
<p>And that&#8217;s the main issue with meme trackers from my perspective as they are walled gardens of blogging superstars who can post whatever they like and get picked up on TechMeme. All the rest of us have to work incredibly hard to get noticed.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the way of the world, so I&#8217;m not complaining&#8230; I just wish I started blogging in 2000 <img src='http://timelliott.us/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
