OK, I’m in at 212 lbs.

I’ve been following the fatblogging beme started by Jason Calacanis several days ago. I’ve been looking for something to get me going on the weight-loss front since I was in San Francisco last month and was winded walking up Nob Hill. Enough is enough…

So I weighed in this morning at a near all time high of 212 pounds. My goal is 190 lbs. I gave up desserts for lent so I’ll now give up most bread, carbs, watch my portions and exercise at least 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Check out Jason’s guidelines to get up to speed and wish me luck…

I plan on being 22 pounds lighter by June 1st.
