There’s a story here, somewhere…

When I was in high school, I made a series of artwork based upon found negatives from the 1920′s and ’30′s. Today I noticed a story on Digg about a Flickr set of some found snapshots. In my high school work, I told a fictional story based upon a selection of a couple images. This set reminds me of the same thing but I also wonder about the “real” story of this family. Will we ever know these people? Back in the 1970′s when I was doing my work, I’d say no chance. With today’s social media communities, I’d say we have a fighting chance.
