		<description>I agree that your credentials are important but I&#039;m not sure if you need to hire someone else to write your cover letter and resume. Sure, you provide a service for those who can&#039;t write well but, to me at least, my writing skills are part of the package employers get when they hire me. Your point on getting noticed in the pile is a good one, however.</description>
